Can be so easily overthought. I recommend go out there and experience the good with the bad, the extraordinary with the mediocre, and worse.
Everything when tasting should be considered and logged somehow. If you’re only out to taste wines you like or love, you’re not tasting. Of course, I get it as a consumer you only want to bring home bottles you like or love, but to know that you need taste and meet even the putrid pours.
