For a Pinot, this bottle offers an ardent thesis, something fiery and dactylic, purposeful and told.
This bottle shows. me something I’ve never seen before in a Pinot— I feel like so many think Pinot should be a certain zoom of notes. This bottle doesn’t agree. This bottle’s antithetical, amiable.
If you want Earth, you face it in this offering, with depth of earth and roach exterior coupled with berries and spices, or leaves— dried and olfactory, electric and profuse…. turning to to the wine again, swirling, and instructing new notes.
