Tasted, 4/8/17

Directly delicious– dark and playful structure.  Antithetical to the ’11 stereotype of being lean, or green, gutless or without punctuation.  It directs its voice at your nuclei and thoughts, gives you new sense and scenes to envisage.  This wine’s anatomy displays a tasty defiance, intermingling its notes to provide uniqueness of character.  From first glass to last, it interacts on a more rewarding level.  Cabernet doesn’t have to be any one way, and the same goes for vintage, this bottle me taught.  It directed me to further open the writer’s mind.
