It’s all relative to our Human Experiences, but some wines I’ve had recently for some reason speak in cosmic terms; the stars, the planets, the orbits, gravities, and what be.  Not just those simplistic and dumbing monosyllabic notes from Wine Spectator.  Something more personal and intimate, something connected to your Personhood.  How do you describe wine?  What did you last sip?  How would you describe it?
