Simple, and perfect. Why does wine always, or often, have to be so verbose and ostentatious? Tonight, just a calm interaction.
Been a while since writing here in the shop. Wine and wanting to pour it again consumes me like it hasn’t before.

Write about wine, speak about it. Keep doing so till it forms… 3000 wine words a day. What if I could do it. Even making tech and telecom wine-worded. People, the emphasis. The stories and curiosity. Keep writing, I tell myself.
