Fresh and dimensional offering from Medlock…  gorgeous fruit and general structure, perfect for just sipping.  And that’s just what I did, with friends, people that had no intention of overthinking it.  We just sipped.  Medlock Ames has always been one of those wineries to educate you, make you feel comfortable.  Precisely what this bottle conveys.  The notes kept with their revolutions, of strawberry to vanilla, to cranberry to apricot and peach… its momentum kept me motivated with wine’s decision to have me part of its story.  I saw myself and still do with a glass of this, not on a beach or at some pool’s side, but on this couch.  My house, my world, comfortable and composed while I compose.  I’m refreshed, freed.
